Will my dog be walked with the same dogs each time?
Where possible, yes. We carefully match dogs based on size, temperament, and energy levels, and we aim to keep group walks consistent so dogs can build familiarity and confidence. If a change is ever needed, we’ll always prioritise your dog’s wellbeing.


Do you offer a meet-and-greet before starting?
Absolutely. A free meet-and-greet is required before any walks begin. This allows us to get to know you and your dog, discuss their routine and needs, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and happy moving forward.


What notice do you need for cancellations?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged, as we reserve that time especially for your dog.


How do I book a walk?
You can book a walk by getting in touch via our website, phone, or social media. Once we’ve arranged a meet-and-greet, we’ll confirm availability and set up your booking — whether that’s a regular slot or an occasional walk.


Do you clean dogs if they get muddy?
Yes — if your dog gets muddy, we’ll give them a gentle towel dry before returning them home. Full baths aren’t provided, but we’ll always make sure your dog is comfortable and as clean as possible.


Will I receive updates or photos from walks?
Yes! We love keeping owners updated and will send photos and/or updates from your dog’s walk so you can see exactly how much fun they’ve had
